News, BANJARMASIN – A motorcyclist died after being in a fatal accident in Jalan A Yani Km 1 Banjarmasin City, Sunday (28/8/2022) in the morning.
The victim was taken to Olin Hospital, but his life was short-lived.
Banjarmasin Traffic Police Chief Kumbul M Nur Cheddar, through Traffic Unit Head Ibda Subaruto, confirmed the incident on Sunday morning.
“It happened around 1:45 am, the motorcyclist was a Honda CB 150 DA 5762 MB, the rider on behalf of Wanris Goltum was 25 years old,” said Ibda Subaruto.
The motorcycle that Wanris was driving came from inside Banjarmasin to outside it.

“From the top of the Dewey Bridge, the witness saw that the motorcyclist was driving at high speed,” he continued.
Arriving in front of Puri Sehat Pharmacy, this resident of Jalan Trans Kalimantan, Handil Bakti, Alak District, Barito Koala lost control.
This rider swerved and hit the middle of the road causing him to fall.
His head hit a tree. It causes very fatal injuries.
“The victim died on the spot at the scene,” Subaruto said.
The victim was then evacuated to Olin Hospital in Banjarmasin, while the motorbike was taken to the office of the Laka Sat Traffic Unit of Banjarmasin Police.
