Jakarta Jerome Boleyn is an influential person known for his extreme intelligence. He is even able to solve math problems quickly.

However, Jerome did not immediately like subjects that were identical with numbers and calculations. This was revealed by Jerome on the Kimbab Family YouTube channel.

“Because at the time when I was their (Kimbab family’s) age, I didn’t like it either, there was a phase I didn’t like (math),” Jerome said, quoted on Sunday (8/28/2022).

Jerome’s view of mathematics began to change as he heard his mother’s words. Jerome’s mother asked him to think of mathematics as a game.

“I liked it after my mother said, ‘You’d think of math as a game. I liked playing puzzles, and I thought it (math) as a (game)’.”

There is a sense of fun that arises when you complete the game successfully, Jerome said. This is what he instilled when facing math problems.

He said, “When you find the answer, you’re happy, happy. It’s like playing a puzzle. Once you try it doesn’t necessarily work, math is like that.”

According to Jerome, with patience and passion to keep trying, everyone will surely succeed. He concluded, “The mentality has changed from there over time.”
