News Die Welt: — A retired US general believes that Russian President Vladimir Putin’s decision to increase his forces shows that the Russian military is in trouble in Ukraine.
The progress of the Russian invasion, which has been going on for six months, has been hampered by a number of problems and the strong defense of the Ukrainian army.
