barber Four crew members were found drifting outside the Makassar Strait. It was found by KM Dharma Ferry 3 which was sailing from Parepare City port to Batu Licin.

The four people were crew members of the KM Teman Niaga, a cement-laden cargo ship said to have sunk in the Makassar Strait, Dadang Tarkas, the captain of the Paribari Pasarnas Post.

“The KM Dharma 3 ferry was found flipping and flipping in the seas off the Makassar Strait,” he told reporters on Saturday (27/8/2022).

When it was found, the four crew members were floating with the lifeboat upside down on the surface of the sea. It is clear from examination that the four crew members are Modi Mufaddal (24), Amir Effendi (22), Royhan Hariri (19) and Hasniwati (20).

He continued, “The crew has been cruising at sea for three days, after their ship sank when it hit a large oak tree while sailing from Kotabaru to the city of Makassar.”

From the data of KM Niaga, there are 15 crew members and their identities are not yet known. Pasarnas is still looking for a number of other crew members.
