News, DEPOK – The cause of the accident that took place in Jalan Raya Sitayam in Depok on Saturday (27/8/2022) was revealed yesterday.
In this accident, a woman with the initials RS (38) died due to serious injuries at the scene.
Laka Satlantas Chief of Metro Depok Police, AKP Rasman, said the accident started when the driver of a minivan with the initials AR (24) was driving it at the scene from Margonda to Citayam.
However, while he was driving, he suspected that his epilepsy had relapsed until he finally lost control and the car he was driving crashed into a number of other vehicles in front of him.
In statements to reporters on Sunday (28/8/2022), Rasman confirmed that he “is suspected of having a disease such as epilepsy, as he collided in Sittayam, Angkot, and then collided with another motorcycle in front of him.”
In total, two cars and three motorcycles were involved in this consecutive accident, and the victim died while riding a motorcycle when the accident occurred.
“He was the victim of being hit from behind,” Rasman said.

Rassmann said his party secured the truck driver at Metro Depok Police for investigation purposes.
He was arrested and interrogated. While they are still witnesses, they are still in the process of investigation and we have not identified them.”
